  • Private Training
    If you are interested in a more personal approach to Pilates training then our private training is for you.  One-on-one training caters to the individual, including specialty programs for a wide range of considerations.  Whether you have therapeutic or rehabilitation needs, are looking for high-energy athletic training or fall somewhere in between, our extensive Pilates training background will ensure that your private sessions address your specific needs and goals. Private training sessions can be geared toward mat excercises, Pilates specific equipment or home based excercise programs depending on the client's specific needs and goals.   • Therapeutic Pilates
    Suffering from neck, shoulder or back pain?  Our Therapeutic Pilates approach may be just the thing the doctor ordered.  This one-on-one training focuses on teaching clients correct muscle recruitment patterns while strengthening thewith deep stabilizing muscles.  Pilates Niagara incorporates all components of rehabilitation into our training sessions including muscle conditioning, flexibility, proprioception, functional exercises, sports skills, and correction of abnormal biomechanics.  Our goal is to collaborate with local health professionals to implement a Pilates program complimentary to a client’s rehabilitation, resulting in an overall balanced program to maximize outcomes.

  • Off the Floor – Pilates from a Different Perspective
    Do you know someone who would benefit from Pilates but may have difficulty getting onto a mat?  This speciality class was created for those who want the benefits of Pilates but need modifications due to age or physical condition.  This class is appropriate for older adults, or those dealing with fibromyalgia, arthritis, stroke or any other movement limiting condition.  All exercises are taught seated in a chair or standing with appropriate modifications based on the client’s ability.

  • Group Reformer Classes
    Pilates Niagara was the first facility in the Niagara Region to offer group reformer classes.  These classes have continued to grow in popularity over the past two years.  The reformer is the key piece of equipment in a balanced strength training program.  Spring resistance continues to challenge core muscles while adding an extra challenge for upper and lower body muscles that is difficult to achieve by mat work alone.

  • Golf Specific Conditiong Program
    Specially designed with the golfer in mind, this program enhances your ability to connect with core muscles allowing for a stronger swing and a more balanced game.  This mat and reformer based program is ideal off-season training whether you’re a casual golfer or the club champ.  Relax your mind, increase your strength and improve your game!

  • Pilates for Kids
    Yes, children can learn Pilates!  Launched in July 2006, the Pilates for Kids program is designed for boys and girls age 6 – 12.  Children learn postural strengthening exercises while gaining a better understanding of their bodies and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.  A perfect compliment for children in sports, this program will build your child’s strength and confidence.
